Important update
In view of exceptional demand for our private sales products, orders placed from February 2 to 15, 2024 will be shipped within 7 to 10 working days.
From February 16th, orders will be shipped again in 1-2 business days.
Your order will be processed within 24 to 48 hours.
Delivery time is 7 to 12 days, depending on your location.
RETURNS
Our standard return policy is 30 days from the date the package is received. If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, we generally cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for return, the product must be in the same condition in which you received it. Additionally, it must be in its original packaging. It must have an obvious defect. We also accept returns if the size does not fit.
Perishable products, such as gift certificates, cannot be returned.
Before returning the product, you must contact us by email: info@ninalo.com.
In your email you must tell us that you wish to return the product. You must also indicate your order number so that we can find it quickly.
Once you contact us, we will respond to you within 24 hours and give you all the information necessary to return the product.
Return costs are your responsibility. Shipping costs cannot be refunded.
For refunds, we offer the following two options:
1st option (the best): A reduction code of the same value as your order, allowing you to order a new product for €0. (This option is chosen by 90% of our customers). Additionally, you do not have to return the product.
2nd option: As our warehouse is located in the Canary Islands, the cost of returning a product is quite high.
To avoid costs and wasted time, we offer to keep the product without returning it and we will refund 70% of the product, which is the minimum cost we have to pay because we do not take back the product.
For example, if your purchase amounts to €100, we will reimburse you €70.
This way, you don't have to worry about returning the product and you don't have to pay for product shipping costs. From an economic point of view, it is much cheaper than having to return the product.
Delivery time for the exchanged product may vary depending on your location.
In certain situations, only a partial refund will be made: (if applicable).
- Any order returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Once we have received and verified your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned order. We will also notify you when the refund is applied.
REFUND
Your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within 3-5 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account first. It may take some time before your refund is officially released. If you have not received your refund within two weeks, please contact us at: info@ninalo.com.
