Our standard return policy is 30 days from the date the package is received. If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, we generally cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for return, the product must be in the same condition in which you received it. Additionally, it must be in its original packaging. It must have an obvious defect. We also accept returns if the size does not fit.
Perishable products such as gift certificates and sale products cannot be returned or refunded.
Before returning the product, you must contact us by email: email@example.com.
In your email you must tell us that you wish to return the product. You must also indicate your order number so that we can find it quickly.
Once you contact us, we will respond to you within 24 hours and give you all the information necessary to return the product.
Return costs are your responsibility. Shipping costs cannot be refunded.
In certain situations, only a partial refund will be made: (if applicable).
- Any order returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Finally, sale items (if applicable) and gift vouchers cannot be returned either. Unfortunately, we cannot accept products that are offered as part of an exclusive 50% off campaign.
Once we have received and verified your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned order. We will also notify you when the refund is applied.
Your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within 3-5 business days.
If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account first. It may take some time before your refund is officially released. If you have not received your refund within two weeks, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will replace defective or damaged products, or if it is a size problem. If you would like an exchange for the same product, please email us by: email@example.com
